Trio Faces Federal Drug Trafficking Charge

DECATUR, COUNTY, Tenn.-Three men face federal charges, accused of transporting more than 100-kilograms of marijuana. Sam Splawn, Shaun Splawn and Anthony Avila were indicted Monday by a federal grand jury. according to Decatur County Sheriff Roy Wyatt, the trio remains in the Decatur County jail with a federal hold on them. The state charges against them have been sent to the Decatur County grand jury for consideration.
