Gibson County Man Arrested on Burglary Charge

MEDINA, Tenn.- After cutting off his ankle monitor and eluding officers for a day, a suspected burglar is behind bars in Gibson County. Dorian Jacox, 24, is charged with seven different counts. He is suspected of breaking into a neighbor’s house on Hanna Street in Medina. When officers went to question him, Tuesday they said he ran and in the process cut off his ankle monitor, in place after a child abuse conviction in Carroll County. Police said he was arrested Tuesday morning hiding in the bathroom of his girlfriend’s house.
