BROWNSVILLE, Tenn.- Tootsie Roll candies, meant as treats for students on their first day back at school were stolen from inside East Side school in Brownsville. Officers got a call, Thursday about an open door. School officials said some school bags were also taken in the break-in. They are still compiling a list of other missing items.
