HENDERSON COUNTY, Tenn.-Troopers confirmed to WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News they have identified the people caring for the cow that caused Tuesday night’s deadly interstate pileup. Investigators said a cow was in the eastbound lanes, causing the driver of a semi to swerve, cross the median and crash head-on into another 18-wheeler and a SUV. Four people died. Troopers are not releasing the people’s names because no charges have been filed. Their investigation continues.
