OBION COUNTY, Tenn.- It is bad news for workers in Obion County. Innovative Hearth Products announced Friday it is closing its Union City facility in the spring or summer of next year. The company said it announced the closure early to give employees time to make all the necessary arrangements. Innovative Hearth Products’ facility in Russellville, Alabama will remain open.
