Family Christian School Gets New Home

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.-Students, along with teachers and parents connected to a private Christian school are celebrating as a new school year is about to get underway. Family Christian School is getting ready to begin their tenth year as a fully accredited Christian school in a new facility located on the Denmark-Jackson Road, making a move from North Parkway in Jackson. The fully accredited Christian school with 65 students, teaches, beginning with infants up to 12th grade. It is in the former location of Denmark Head Start . “Well, it means a lot of room to grow, and we needed that. We had grown out of the location on North Parkway and we’ve grown insurmountably and we’re really excited about even more room to grow,” said Haley Smith, principal of Family Christian School. The building, which was purchased by Denmark alumni, is now serving as a community center.
