Juvenile Charged with Having a Weapon on School Property

PARIS, Tenn. – A Paris student has been cited for having a weapon on school property, along with disorderly conduct. Officers were called to Paris Elementary School on Sunday after a teacher saw two juveniles on campus with a gun. Security video was used to identify the juveniles. The investigation revealed that the gun was actually a toy, but the colored tip had been painted over.
