Pair Jailed for Auto Theft in Mississippi, Connected to Jackson Crimes

JACKSON, Tenn.- Two Henderson County men accused of stealing and scrapping cars in McNairy and Alcorn Counties are suspected of doing the same in Jackson. Jackson police believe Adam Young and Robert Jackson stole a broken down vehicle from the Food Rite parking lot and a truck from cash today auto in July. Officials in Alcorn County, Mississippi arrested them after they say the two repeatedly tried to sell stolen cars to a scrap yard. Jackson officers plan to present their charges directly to the grand jury.
