Fire engine, car collide in Memphis, 3 hurt
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) – A Memphis fire truck on the way to a medical call collided with a car, sending at least three people to hospitals.
The Commercial Appeal (http://bit.ly/1ev8T99 ) reported a baby and a woman were transported in critical condition after the crash shortly after 9 a.m. Thursday. A firefighter was transported with non-critical injuries.
The pumper was responding after a caller reported a man was having chest pains. Another unit was dispatched on the medical call and that man was also taken to a hospital.
