Man Arrested for Looking Up Women’s Dresses

LEXINGTON, Tenn. — A Chester County man was arrested for looking up women’s dresses at a Lexington Walmart on Tuesday. Angel M. Alejandro was arrested on Tuesday night for two counts of observation without consent after a woman complained to the staff that a man got down on all fours and looked up her dress. Although surveillance tapes caught him doing this to two different women, the first woman was unaware of the incident. One of the victims stated that she did not know the male subject but she did want him prosecuted. When confronted, Alejandro was arrested and transported to the Lexington Police Department.
