Carls-Schwerdfeger History Lecture Series
Philip Jenkins, distinguished professor of history at Baylor University and co-director for the program on Historical Studies of Religion in Baylor‘s Institute for Studies of Religion, will deliver the lecture “From Angels to Armageddon: The First World War as a Global Religious Revolution” during Union University’s annual history lecture series. Jenkins is a world-renowned authority on the history of Christianity and an author of 24 books.
