DYER COUNTY, Tenn. — A youth gathering in Dyer County addressed the climate inside today’s schools. More than 100 students from across West Tennessee gathered Monday for the Youth Engagement Summit, put on by the “Students Take a Right Stand” Or “STARS” organization. The organization works across the state helping students and adult leaders understand how youth voices make a difference and can impact change in schools.
