U.S. Vets Walk Across Country to Raise Money

JACKSON, Tenn. — Two veterans of the U.S. Marine Corp are trekking across the country to help fellow veterans, especially those who have suffered wounds. The two vets began their walk from camp Pendelton, California and are now in Jackson, Tennessee raising funds for wounded warrior projects. So far more than $40,000 has been raised. From here the vets are making their way to Nashville. The pair is scheduled to reach Washington D.C. on October 6.
