Gas Prices to Drop in the Next Few Weeks
History is predicting that consumers might be greeted with drastically lower gas prices in the upcoming weeks. A senior petroleum analyst at GasBuddy says based on figures from the past five years, Americans could see the price of gas drop by up to 25 cents per gallon by Halloween. “While past performance is never an absolute indicator of future price positions, a review of recent history gives us good reason to expect prices to fall between now and Halloween, by between 20-to-25 cents per gallon,” Patrick DeHaan said. Analysts are foreseeing that the prices will continue drop barring a hurricane or turbulence in the Middle East.
