UPDATE: 18-Wheeler Overturns on 45 North

BETHEL SPRINGS, Tenn. — An accident on 45 northbound just north of Bethel Springs left a tractor trailer in a ditch, Tuesday afternoon. An 18-wheeler rear ended another 18-wheeler at around 5 p.m. The tractor that ran into the back of the other one then overturned down the embankment. There were no injuries and there is not an impact on the traffic flow.
