Bells Police Search For Burglary Suspect

BELLS, Tenn. — Bells Police Department are still searching for a man who burglarized the Hwy. 79 Food Rite on September 27, 2013. According to surveillance video, a 5’6″ to 5’9″ black male wearing blue jean shorts, a dark colored ball cap and a shirt wrapped around his face gained entry into the store by throwing a rock through a window. The suspect was in the store for approximately 2 minutes. He appeared to be trying to get cigarettes because he is seen kicking the door where the cigarettes were contained. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Bells Police Department.
