Shelby County Judge To Preside Over Woolfork Hearing

According to the Madison County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, Judge Phyllis Gardner of Shelby County will preside over the hearing concerning the order of protection request against Sheriff David Woolfork. Judge Hugh Harvey requested that the Administrative Office of the Courts assign her to the case late last week. Judge Harvey recused himself from hearing the case.
