USDA Recalls Nearly 23,000 Pounds of Meat

The USDA has issued an urgent recall of meat products sold in grocery stores. Reser’s Fine Foods is recalling nearly 23,000 pounds of chicken, ham and beef products because of a possible listeria contamination. The items include 12 ounce to five-pound packs of premade chicken salad, ham salad, potato salad and baked beans. They were sold under brands including Cobble Street, Cross Valley Farms and Millers. The dates on the packages range from September 22 to November 26. The products bear the establishment number “EST 13520” or “P-13520” inside the USDA mark of inspection. All of the products were distributed to stores across dozens of states from Wyoming to Alabama. A full recall list can be found on the Food and Drug Administration’s website at FDA.gov
