Savannah Pair Arrested For Prescription Drug Sales

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation along with the Hardin County Sheriff‘s Department arrested two Hardin County residents for illegally selling prescription pills. Kevin “Choppy” Haynes, 36, of Counce, Tenn. was arrested Monday on three counts of sale and delivery of schedule II drugs. Kevin Harville, 23, of Savannah, Tenn. was arrested on two counts of sale and delivery of schedule III narcotics. After numerous complaints that Haynes and Harville were selling prescription drugs, including Opana, several undercover purchases were made between April and June of this year. The investigation is still ongoing. Both Haynes and Harville were booked into the Hardin County Jail.
