MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.- A big day for YouthTown Friday as the group for troubled young men names a new executive director. The treatment facility’s board of directors has hired Pepper Pratt as its new leader. The board also hosted a reception to honor outgoing director Nick Pappas. Juvenile court judge Christy Little and her husband, Steve, made a donation to the group at the reception.
