Woolfork Appeal Hearing Rescheduled

JACKSON, Tenn.- A date has been set for the protection order appeal hearing for Madison County Sheriff David Woolfork. However, Woolfork’s attorney, Mark Donahoe said the Thursday morning hearing date will likely change. According to Donahoe, Deputy Sharon Sangster’s attorney has asked for a continuance. The two sides and Judge Paul Summers are schedule to talk Tuesday about setting another date. Sangster has filed a sexual harassment claim with the EEOC. She admits to a relationship with the sheriff, but said during their 2-year relationship, he sexually harassed her.
