Overnight Accident in Carroll County Kills One

CARROLL COUNTY, Tenn. — A man is dead after an accident in on State Highway, Thursday morning. The crash happened three miles south of McKenzie. Crayton Lewis, 39, of Gleason, was traveling northbound on Hwy 22 when a truck hit his car in the rear. Lewis’ car then spun off the right side of the roadway. Lewis was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt. The driver of the truck was not injured.
