JACKSON, Tenn. – Sheriff David Woolfork says he will not resign by Monday’s 5 o’clock deadline imposed by the Madison County Commission. On November 18, the commission instructed County Attorney Steve Maroney to file an ouster lawsuit, if Woolfork did not resign within seven days.
