10 Acres of Land Burn in Gibson County Brush Fire

GIBSON Co. Tenn.,- Gibson Co. fire officials say nearly 10 acres of land was destroyed in a brush fire Saturday afternoon. According to investigators, the fire started when a man was cutting soybeans along highway 77 near Yorkville. Officials believe metal was on the ground and got caught in the mans combine. Firefighters battled the blaze for nearly two hours. No one was injured in the fire, and officials say they were able to save at least 30 acres of land.
