HUMBOLDT, Tenn.- The Humboldt man, placed on the TBI’s 10 Most Wanted list, accused in a deadly shooting has his bond set at $850,000. Albert Smith Junior was arrested last Wednesday in north Jackson. He faces a count of first degree murder. Smith’s preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday.
