JACKSON, Tenn.- Jackson police said not only have they talked with the people inside the white car possibly connected to a shooting along lane avenue police said the 20-year-old victim is improving. He underwent surgery Tuesday and at last report had been upgraded to serious condition. Officers said they found at least five shell casings at the scene. The victim was hit several times in the chest and abdomen. Officers have also talked with the driver of a maroon Cadillac. They said he came into the police department Thursday morning. No arrests have been made.
