Meth Bust at Northeast Madison County Home

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.-Two people are in custody after investigators said they discovered several meth labs in a northeast Madison County home. The Drug Task Force and the Madison County Fire Department were called in just after 7, Thursday night. Agents on the scene wore protective hazmat suits as they broke down several meth labs that were found. According to investigators on the scene, agents were conducting a welfare check on children who were believed to be at a home on Morisch Road just off Christmasville Road. Deputies said during the welfare check, they found several meth labs inside of the home and said some of those labs were actively cooking meth. Officials said no children were found near any of the meth labs discovered however two adults were taken into custody.
