Tipton County Meth Bust Nets Two Arrests

TIPTON COUNTY, Tenn. — A pair was arrested and is facing meth charges after an investigation that led to a shake n bake meth lab. Investigators observed the duo, Caleb Neal, 29, and Krystyna Marie Stella, 31, and other occupants of the vehicle drive to Shelby County, stop behind a business and retrieve what appeared to be a “Shake n Bake” one pot meth lab on Tuesday. Investigators recovered the “Shake n Bake” one pot meth lab and other components including batteries, filters, and plastic tubing in the passenger compartment. Neal and Stella were arrested at the scene. Neal has been formally charged with Promotion of Methamphetamine, Initiation of Methamphetamine and arrested on a Tipton County active warrant for Driving on Revoked License. Stella has been formally charged with Promotion of Methamphetamine. Both remain in custody with a $10,000 bond awaiting their Jan. 28 2014 in Tipton County General Sessions Court.
