Update on Infant Injured During Fist Fight

JACKSON, Tenn.- WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News has an update on the condition of the 4-month old little girl injured Tuesday when police said her mother got into a fist fight with another woman. Jackson police said the infant, who suffered a skull fracture when she was dropped at Royal Arms Apartments should be released from a Memphis hospital either Wednesday night or Thursday. However, she will not be going home. She is being temporarily placed in state custody as the investigation continues. Neither of the women have been arrested or charged with any crime, so far.
