Deputies Search For Men Involved in Adult Bookstore Theft

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Madison County Sheriff‘s Office is investigating Wednesday’s theft of an adult bookstore. On Dec. 18, around 2 p.m,. deputies responded to a theft at Miranda‘s Adult Book Store (formerly I-40 Book Store) located at 186 Providence Road. According to reports, three black males entered Miranda‘s Book Store. One of the males entered the office that was unlocked and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the safe. Two of the suspects have been described as being around 30 years of age; approximately 5‘6″ and between 180-190 pounds. One of the suspects was wearing a light colored toboggan, dark coat and green colored pants. The second suspect was wearing a dark colored toboggan, dark colored coat and pants. The third suspect is believed to be between 50 to 60 years of age and approximately 160 pounds. Suspect was also wearing a dark toboggan and a light colored shirt.
