Heavner Sees Bond Reduced

MILAN, Tenn.- The Milan man accused of killing his friend over a game of dominoes had his bond lowered today. According to court officials, Jerry Heavner’s bond was reduced from $700,000 to $100,000. Heavner is accused of fatally shooting James Cannon inside their friend’s home after the two argued over a game.
