JACKSON, Tenn. – A new group in Jackson is working to end violence in West Tennessee. Rizpah Network Incorporated is a support group for mothers and children who have lost family members to violence. Rizpah, along with the Phoenix Empowerment Institute held a prayer breakfast summit at the Double Tree Hotel Saturday morning. Some of the guests were city councilman Johnny Dodd and Jackson Vice Mayor Vicky Foote.
