Jackson Security Guard Sentenced to For Defacing Religious Artifacts

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — A Jackson security guard convicted of defacing religious items while working at a local hotel was sentenced, Monday. Justin Baker, 25, will serve two four year terms. They will run concurrently. In January, Baker admits to defacing items that belonged to the Margolin Hebrew Academy out of Memphis. Baker must serve 30 percent of his sentence before he’s eligible for parole.
