Jackson-Madison County Teacher Inservice Delayed
JACKSON, Tenn. – The Jackson-Madison County Schools teacher inservice scheduled for Monday January 6th will begin one hour later than originally scheduled due to inclement weather. The district staff will begin welcoming faculty at the Carl Perkins Center beginning at 8:00 a.m. to enjoy coffee and hot chocolate with Superintendent Verna Ruffin. The inservice will then begin at 9:00 a.m. Central Office will be on a one hour delayed schedule. School officials will be monitoring weather developments and will communicate any changes that might need to be made in the best interest of the safety of the staff.
