NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A judge has been appointed to preside over the ouster lawsuit involving Madison County Sheriff David Woolfork. Senior Judge Don R. Ash has been appointed by the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts. A date for the hearing has not been set.
