Two People Dead After Walker Road Shooting
JACKSON, Tenn. – Police have confirmed that two people have died after Wednesday night’s shooting on Walker Road. One of the people killed was Markel Owens, a DL at Arkansas State, according to school officials. The other fatality has not been confirmed.
