Son-in-law charged in deadly Lebanon explosion

LEBANON, Tenn. — (WKRN) The son-in-law of an elderly couple killed in a deadly explosion has been charged with murder. Forty-nine-year-old Richard Parker was arrested Thursday following Monday afternoon’s explosion that killed 72-year-old Marian Setzer and her 74-year-old husband Jon. He is charged with two counts of felony first degree murder and two counts of premeditated murder. A motive was not immediately released.
