McKenzie Head Start Child Find
Northwest Tennessee Head Start/ Early Head Start is currently accepting applications for enrollment of children for the 2014-2015 program year for the McKenzie Head Start and Early Head Start center. If you are expecting or have children birth to four years old on or before August 15 and you are interested in enrolling him/her in the Head Start/EHS program, you may complete an application during registration day. Children with disabilities will be given priority for enrollment including those with severe disabilities. Proof of child‘s age 2)
Social Security number for each family member 3)
Name, address, and telephone number of at least three emergency contact persons 4)
TennCare and/or insurance card 5)
Proof of family income Bus transportation is provided at only a limited number of centers. For further information on transportation options contact the Center Coordinator or Family Advocate.
