Truck Overturns While on Highway 45 Ramp

NORTH JACKSON — A truck overturned Wednesday afternoon, causing a closure on a busy street. A truck, carrying junk cars, overturned while on a ramp to Highway 45 around 2 p.m. The truck was traveling to the Gerdall steel recycling plant when the load shifted and caused the truck to become overturned. No other cars were involved, and the driver of the truck got out uninjured. The southbound side of Highland was closed to upright the truck.
