Arnold Furthers Football Career at William Jewell

JACKSON, Tenn. – Another page was added to University School of Jackson rich football’s tradition on Wednesday. A Bruin officially signed with William Jewell College . “It’s a great day at USJ,” said senior Eric Arnold. “All the memories I made here have been great.” As a Bruin, Arnold received all-state and all-region honors last year. The tight end also led USU to a 7-5 record and a trip the playoff quarterfinals. “It’s exciting to see him move to the next level,” said head coach Mickey Marley. Arnold says Wednesday’s signing is a team accomplishment. “I think they’re proud of me but they put in just as much as work as I did. I want to thank them for supporting me,” said Arnold.
