JACKSON, Tenn.- A suspected drug dealer is jailed after metro narcotics officers search his home and report finding at least $3,000 in drugs a loaded handgun and body armor. Douglas Kincaid, 27, faces a laundry list of drug charges linked to the marijuana and prescription drugs officers said they found in his home on North Royal Street last Friday. Officers also seized more than $900 in cash, specialty clothing and electronics.
