Milan Police Chief Wright Retires

MILAN, Tenn.- As of 4 p.m Friday afternoon, the Milan Police chief has retired. Tim Wright is offically leaving the Milan Police Department after working there for more than 22 years. He said it was simply time for a change and he wanted to try his hand at private security. While he is ready to move on from the job, there are things he said he will miss. “The job I will miss some. There are some parts of it that are not very pleasant but some of the job I will miss, especially the people I work with. It’s the finest bunch I have ever worked with, said retired Police Chief Tim Wright. Wright joined the police force in May of 1988.
