TIPTON COUNTY, Tenn.-A man in Tipton County has been arrested for the initiation and promotion of meth. Justin Sean Baxter was arrested after a tip was called into narcotic investigators saying meth was being manufactured at his residence. Investigators said they found two shake and bake labs and a gassing generator. Baxter admitted to allowing the meth to be cooked in his house and possesing the ingredients. He was being held on ten thousand dollar bond and is slated to appear in court on March 25.
