Bells Man Arrested, Charged with Stalking and DUI

BELLS, Tenn. — A man police say was stalking a woman was arrested, Sunday night. Around 8:30 p.m., Bells Police received a call from a woman who said that Michael Parr was parked outside of her house. She also said that the man got out of his car and peeked into her backyard. When the police arrived, they say Parr shut his door and he drove off without his headlights on. When the officer pulled him over, they found out he was under the influence of alcohol. Parr was arrested and charged with DUI, stalking and violation of implied consent. The victim had no order of protection against the man.
