HARDEMAN COUNTY, Tenn. — The Bureau for Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives said, Monday night, they have ruled out natural causes, such as weather, electrical or gas, in the explosion that happened around 9:00 a.m. Saturday.
