DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn.- Close family friends of the Bobo family spoke exclusively with WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News about the latest developments in her case, they said the search feels like the first real break in the almost three year long case. “The smallest piece of information could be just that one piece of information that is so badly needed by law enforcement,” said Don Franks, Bobo family pastor. “We do hope that this is the day that we will be able to get the answer we are looking for.” It’s been nearly three years since Holly disappeared, family members said they have never given up hope, they still believe she is alive and being held in captivity. “We do believe this this will come to an end and so hopefully this is the beginning to the end,” said family friend Kevin Bromley. “There have been so many individuals in America that have been found after years in captivity… that really increased the faith of this family. Of course, we are hoping and trusting and believing that we will have Holly back,” said Franks. Loved ones said they are thankful for law enforcement’s efforts to bring Holly home. They said they hope these new leads will be enough to be the first real break in her case. “There have been times when their hopes have gotten up in the past and it’s just devastating on the family to go through,” said Franks. TBI officials have not discussed any details with us about their investigation at this time. Officials said they have not named a suspect in Holly’s case. Family members said there will be a community prayer vigil Saturday morning starting at Holly’s Church in Darden from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
