Interstate Pothole Repairs Underway…Again

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.- As the snow and ice begins to melt more and more pot holes are emerging. With Friday’s sunshine state road crews got to work. WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News caught up with a pot hole crew with the Tennessee Department of Transportation Friday as they worked to make repairs along Interstate 40 in West Madison County. TDOT said they are hopeful all repairs can be made quickly. “They (crews) have made great progress. They started early in the week and we hope by the end of the week maybe even small things next week they should be complete,” said Nichole Lawrence, a TDOT spokesperson. This is the second round of repairs this season to fill-in potholes along many Tennessee highways.
