McNairy Barn Burned, Two Charged with Arson

McNairy Co., Tenn. — Two men have been arrested in McNairy county for arson after a barn was burned and tin was stolen, Thursday. Investigators say that they received a call that Randal Holley and another unknown man, later identified as Timothy W. Smith, stole an estimated $1,000 worth of tin off of a property. The owner of the property also claimed the tin was on a barn that had been burned, and the barn had been burned to get the tin. According to the sheriff’s department, the tin was found at Triple S Recycling in Finger, TN, and had been sold to the company by Holley. Both men have been charged with arson and theft over one thousand dollars.
