Man Wanted for Assaulting Woman

HUMBODLT, Tenn. — Officers in Humboldt said a man is wanted after they said he broke into a woman’s home and assaulted her. Investigators said Kenneth Harper broke into his girlfriend’s home while she was gone, then assaulted her when she returned. Officers said he is charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated kidnapping and domestic assault, but could not be found for questioning.
