Another Deadline in Upcoming Woolfork Trial

DOWNTOWN JACKSON — Tuesday marks the last day for motions to be filed in the May 27 trial for former Madison County Sheriff David Woolfork. We checked with the court clerk, who said nothing new has been filed. Woolfork is charged with attempted aggravated sexual battery and domestic abuse in an October 2013 argument with his former mistress, deputy Sharon Sangster.
